If you have bought an online course it will show up within your courses dashboard, if the course doesn’t appear please check the following:
Did you receive a confirmation email on purchase?
When purchasing an online course with Haddletons you have to create an account in your first purchase or login into your account when purchasing more courses. Please ensure that you have bought the online course with the same email account you registered and received a confirmation email. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder for your confirmation email.
If you never received a confirmation email, this could indicate you purchased with a different email address or that the purchase wasn’t completed. please check your bank information to verify your purchase.
Did you enter your email address correctly?
Sometimes if a confirmation email was not received it can be when an email address is entered incorrectly. E.g. ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ you could enter ‘email@example.com’. Please double check your mail folders and ff you did not receive a confirmation email please contact our support team with the following details:
The exact course title or course URL.
Your first and last name.
Course purchase date.
Confirmation / transaction id.
Are you part of a group organisation purchase?
If your course was purchased as part of an organisational purchase please contact the person within the organisation who purchased the online course to check access has been provided for the course.
